Is Natsu sushi really fresh?

Answer: Yes, because we produce fresh sushi seven days a week and deliver it to the supermarkets three times per week.
Additionally, our sushi is subject to strict quality controls all the time. In order to guarentee that the sushi really arrives fresh at the supermarket, we deliver it our own refrigerated vans. This way we can ensure that the cooling chain and the freshness accordingly are not compromised. We also have been certified with ‘High Level’ IFS (International Food Standard).
