Answer: Both! We produce our sushi with great passion for seven years now. All other products are obtained from producers who share our passion for the production of healthy, fresh food. All products are subject to strict quality controls before they reach the stores, so you can rely on good quality, freshness and great ingredients.

How do the Natsu goods reach the stores?
Answer: We have our own delivery logistics and 40 refrigerated vans which deliver all over Germany.
What is the frequency of delivery each week at each store?
Answer: We deliver three times a week to each store. But this subject to change depending the location of the store. Please contact us if you have queries regarding a specific location.
Which service is included in the logistics?
Answer: Our drivers deliver the goods to you and stock the provided fridge counters. At the same time they take articles which are about to expire and dispose of them at the store.
Is a blanket coverage of all stores possible?
Answer: Unfortunately, a blanket coverage is not possible due to ecological and economical reasons. Therefore we concentrate on the highly populated areas in Germany.
Is Natsu sushi really fresh?
Answer: Yes, because we produce fresh sushi seven days a week and deliver it to the supermarkets three times per week.
Additionally, our sushi is subject to strict quality controls all the time. In order to guarentee that the sushi really arrives fresh at the supermarket, we deliver it our own refrigerated vans. This way we can ensure that the cooling chain and the freshness accordingly are not compromised. We also have been certified with ‘High Level’ IFS (International Food Standard). Where does the raw produce for the Natsu products come from?

Answer: Your returns of the our products like sushi, sandwiches, wraps, salads, soups and lunch pots will be credited. With our experience we decide how many products we deliver to your supermarket. So everything that is not sold will be returned by our drivers.
