Are you a store manager and do you have questions?

Are out of date articles returnable?

Answer: Yes and no. Go to ‘How does the crediting of returned goods work?‘

How does the order and crediting of returned goods work with our products?

Answer: Your returns of the our products like sushi, sandwiches, wraps, salads, soups and lunch pots will be credited. With our experience we decide how many products we deliver to your supermarket. So everything that is not sold will be returned by our drivers.  

On which days does the delivery take place?

Answer: We deliver six days a week in general. However, our customers receive three deliveries per week. That depends on the store’s location though. A delivery schedule could be as followed: Monday, Wednesday, Friday or Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday.

At what times do we deliver?

Answer: We would love to deliver as early as possible. But as you can imagine, it’s not possible to deliver to all stores in Germany simultaneously. Therefore, it is our aim to arrive at each store between 6am until 2pm.

Why taking air measurements isn’t allowed in our refrigerator vans?

Answer: Air measurements taken in a vehicle are not precise and don’t show the actual temperature of the goods. But the core temperature of our goods can be measured any time, of course.
